Above and Beyond
At CCD, we recognize and acknowledge individuals from all walks of life who are dedicated to
effect positive change and make remarkable contribution to promote equity and Justice in
marginalized communities. Our personalities of the month are the 11 Commissioners of NYC
Racial Justice Commission who spearhead the relentless campaign and successful outcome of the
November racial equity ballot proposals. Their efforts have succeeded in making inclusion,
fairness and equity and essential ingredient of the evolving national and global message of
Human Justice. We appreciate and give them their flowers.
