Personality of the Month: Connie Rhodes
Her specialties are in synergy with our Human Justice and Healing framework that encompasses trauma informed care, youth violence prevention and cultural competency. As a courageous community advocate, Rhodes has managed Brand BUILD workforce development programs, geared towards teaching at-risk youth how to run their own business, while successfully encouraging them to pursue higher education. CCD currently renders Technical training Assistance (TTA) to her organization in Minneapolis to strengthen commitment and further our Human Justice initiatives in diversity, equity and inclusion. We highlight and celebrate her lifelong commitment to the plight of marginalized communities in this edition of our Newsletter.
