Empowering Communities: Are You Ready Community Outreach
Community Capacity Development and K Bain are delighted to welcome brother Julius Lee to the Human Justice Network. We are committed to nurturing his non-profit, Are You Ready Community Outreach INC, through Operation Freedom, CCD’s initiative aimed at bolstering the impact of non-profit organizations serving black and brown youth in underserved communities.
The mission of Are You Ready Community Outreach INC is to prioritize safety and prevent violence in the community. Their approach centers on fostering respect, trust, and providing counseling and mentoring services to youth. By investing in the youth, they aim to cultivate stronger connections and foster positive relationships within the community.
As a Youth Specialist, Julius Lee has successfully led Aggression Programs while collaborating with Family of Services. Recognizing that working collaboratively is more effective, Julius formed Are You Ready Community Outreach INC to make a positive impact in all of their endeavors.
